Return & Refund Policy

Kindly read thoroughly. At Nekopi Coffee & Tea, we value your satisfaction and we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure quality. If you need to request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us at nekopi.coffeeandtea@gmail.com with your order details.

1. What to Include in Your Request

Please provide the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Order Number / Order Confirmation Email

  • Reason for return/refund (e.g., damaged item, wrong item, missing item)

  • Clear photos/videos of the item received, including any visible damage (if applicable)

 

2. Review & Processing

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 48 hours (Mon–Fri) to confirm if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

 

3. Beverage Orders (Hot/Iced Drinks)

Because drinks are prepared fresh, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we may offer a replacement or refund if reported within 24 hours of receiving your order for any of the following reasons:

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing item

  • Spilled/damaged during delivery (with photo evidence)

 

4. Merchandise Orders

We accept return/refund requests for merchandise within 7 days after receipt for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.

Important: Customized/Personalized merchandise (e.g., items with submitted name/photo) is non-refundable unless it arrived defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

 

5. Return & Replacement

Replacements may be requested for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item was damaged in transit

  • Your item has a product defect (for merchandise)

Items cannot be exchanged for other items unless the original order is unavailable.

 

6. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges (Merchandise Only)

We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect merchandise once the request is approved.

  • Metro Manila: We may arrange rider pickup (depending on availability).

  • Outside Metro Manila: Customer may ship the item back via courier. (We will provide instructions once approved.)

 

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an incorrect or defective item.
